Learn to code together in Minecraft!

Lots of kids love Minecraft – they're often real experts in the world of Alex and Steve! We use that enthusiasm to teach programming in a playful way. The best part: the kids don't even notice they're learning, because they're just building cool stuff and having fun!

Who is the course for?

• Age: 10 to 16 years

• Requirements: enjoying Minecraft and some experience with Minecraft Java

• Technical: a Minecraft Java licence is required (approx. €24)

• Prior knowledge: no programming experience needed!

What does the course offer?

Installation & setup

To get the programmable robot turtle "LabKröti", a special modpack needs to be installed. Don't worry – we provide a detailed guide with video and help with any problems!

Live lessons (once a week)

• 60-minute live stream every week

• Theoretical introduction to each topic

• Hands-on practice on our shared Minecraft server

• Questions can be asked in chat at any time

Video tutorials & materials

• A detailed video tutorial after every live stream

• Accompanying PDFs with all programs and detailed explanations

• Unlimited access to all materials

TurtleCity – our programming server

TurtleCity is open daily from 2 pm to 6 pm — a shared server where:

• You can put what you've learned directly into practice

• You can check out other participants' programs and ideas

• Kids can exchange ideas and learn from each other

Support & safety

• We're happy to answer questions by email, WhatsApp, or in the forum

• All online sessions are password-protected

• Kids are in a safe, moderated space

Basic course: Introduction to programming

• Duration: 4 weeks (4 live sessions)

• Content: all the basics of programming

• Access: 8 weeks of TurtleCity + all Basic tutorials

• Price: €19 (reduced: €9)

Complete course: The full programming fun

• Duration: 12 weeks (12 live sessions of 60 min each)

• Access: unlimited access to TurtleCity & all materials

• Extras: program library + printable program cards

• Price: €59 (reduced: €29)

Why only once a year?

We deliberately focus our Minecraft programming courses on the winter months, because:

• The dark season is perfect for indoor activities

• Kids are especially motivated for digital projects during this time

• This lets us guarantee the best course quality with optimal support
